PE
This term, Years 5/6 have coaches delivering PE sessions on a Thursday. All children have been asked to come to school wearing their PE kits on their appointed day. Kits should include some warm sportswear as the teachers intend to do lessons outside, weather permitting.
Music
Djembe is every Monday.
Homework
Homework is handed out on a Friday, to be returned on a Wednesday.
Reading Books
It would be great if you could read regularly with your child. We are still using home reading record books and would be grateful if you would regularly sign to show you have experienced your child reading at home. We are also monitoring reading through the Accelerated Reader Programme. If you have any comments or concerns regarding reading at home please write them in the back of the homework book.
